The official Lady Gaga Pre-Concert Party at the Rose Quarter was packed on Thursday night with all sorts of Lady Gaga fans. Individuals dressed in costumes of all kinds came to celebrate fashion and support local Portland companies who were also at the event. The music was loud, the food was great, and the fashion show really celebrated the Lady Gaga spirit.
